Frontera Homes is a custom home building company that focuses on sustainably-minded, professionally designed new construction, home renovation and heritage restoration projects on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

The company was founded in order to combine a love for the outdoors and travel, as well as our passion for building. The name Frontera itself brings both of these worlds together, representing a street Taylor lived on in Latin America and the motivation to be at the forefront of building with a focus on the environment. Over the past five years, we have been involved in a number of architecturally-driven, sustainably inspired projects in Victoria most recently including one of the first Net Zero renovations in British Columbia.

Whether 20 feet up on a ladder, three feet under a crawl space or across the table with a coffee in hand, all of Frontera’s team members will courteously lend a hand or share their insights in order to help advance the project at hand. As part of our mission, our motivation is to advise, guide and help implement a customer-centric approach to homebuilding.

Through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills, we work together with the homeowners to help create a positive atmosphere, both on off the site. Our clients are always our partners, standing beside us every step of the way though this integrated approach to building.
